Had my 7-year-old son’s circumcision done here. excellent care and professionalism. The staff was kind, and the procedure was smooth with clear aftercare instructions. Highly recommend!

Did a vasectomy here. Dr Shafiz and team are excellent, skilled and sempoi. Everything went smoothly. Wife was in the room sekali, can sembang2, gelak2. Was relaxed and calm throughout whole procedure which was relatively fast.

I am very grateful to have found this clinic.. when you go to the clinic they say hemorrhoids but Dr Syafiq explains clearly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable and satisfied

I would have given a full 5 star if it's not for the waiting time. Was given an appt time for my mother since i inquired whether we could walk in or need to get an appt first, to have her small bump on her chest checked up, kiv for excision if needed. Arrived maybe 10 mins earlier and had to wait for +/- 1 hour and 15 mins or so. I understood if it was a walk in, but we were given an allocated time. When i finally asked the front desk staff, they said oh sorry the case before us took a while. I would appreciate if the staff could at least hv the courtesy to inform that the case before us took longer than anticipated, rather than having us to wait indefinitely.Communication is the key.Anyhow, it was a good thing Dr Ong who attended my mother, apologised for the wait and she did a great job at explaning the bump.
